At the Pilates and Healing Centre we want to help you achieve, maintain and enjoy good health.

Our professional practitioners use complementary therapies to help you obtain flexibility, relaxation and rejuvenation, ease of movement, postural alignment, pain-free living, injury management and prevention, strength, balance and harmony.   We have three practices:

The Annerley centre has a creche facility for children under 6, special arrangements are made during school holidays. The creche will be for clients attending the centre for any of its services. The creche will be supervised by a fully qualified childcare worker with a maximum number of 4 children per hour.  For further information please call the Annerley centre 3892 2002.
