At Pilates & Healing we want to help you achieve, maintain and enjoy good physical and mental health. Our philosophy is that you should "reward yourself with health".  At our studios we offer a wide range of body movement exercises such as Pilates (equipment and mat classes), Gyrotonic® , CoreAlign®, Yamuna Body Rolling and Hatha Yoga. We also offer many bodywork therapies such as Physiotherapy, Remedial Massage, Osteopathy, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Naturopathy  Podiatry and many different modalities, all to help our clients achieve better movement and the right posture and health.

Pilates & Healing continues to add innovative new techniques and therapies to its range of services, for example Gyrotonic®, CoreAlign® and Yamuna Body Rolling®. We've now reached the stage where a new business name better reflects this wide offering. So at Pilates & Healing we're in the process of renaming our business to Body Organics. You'll continue to see both names for a while as this transition takes place, but our personal attention to your specific needs won't be changing!

We have been operating since 2002 and now have three studios in Brisbane:

We have expanded our West End studio and it is now at 6 Ambleside, Street West End and is most easily accessable for those people living and working in Brisbane city, West End, South Brisbane, East Brisbane, Kangaroo Point, Highgate Hill, Woolloongabba, Milton, Paddington, Dutton Park and Norman Park.

Our Annerley studio is at 16 Ekibin Rd, Annerley, most easily accessible for those people living and working  in Yeronga, Fairfield, Moorooka, Greenslopes. Coorparoo, Tarrigindi, Annerley, Carina and Holland Park.

Our Chelmer studio is at 109 Honour Ave, Chelmer, more easily accessible for those people living and working in Chelmer, Graceville, St  Lucia, Indooroopilly, Sherwood, Corinda. Chapel Hill, Fig Tree Pocket, ST Lucia.

The Annerley centre has a creche facility for children under 6, special arrangements are made during school holidays. The creche is for clients attending the centre for any of its services. The creche is supervised by a fully qualified childcare worker with a maximum number of 4 children per hour.  For further information please call  3892 2002.
