3. Prices

The prices indicated for products available via the Site are all inclusive of GST (where applicable) at the current rates and are exclusive of delivery charges.

4. Product Information

We will do our best to ensure that all information, descriptions, photographs and prices of products appearing on the Site are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Though we aim to keep the Site as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this Site may not always reflect the product exactly at the moment you place an order.

5. Reselling of products

Please note that all products and services available on the Site are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services.

We reserve the right to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.

6. Online Orders

When you order online you will be helped through the process by simple instructions on the Site. You may review your order and confirm or correct it prior to finally placing your order. You place your order request for goods from the Pilates and Healing Site by clicking on the Submit button at the end of the online order process.

When you have placed your order we will send you an email acknowledgement providing you with the details and value of your order, which has been debited to your credit/debit card through PAYPAL.
A Tax Invoice will be posted to you with your goods, registration confirmation or gift voucher.

7. Payment

8. Delivery or pick up

We will deliver the goods by Australian Post and shall charge standard postage fees plus package and handling fee of $2 per package. Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only.

If you choose to pick up your packages from 19 Dornoch Tce Highgate Hill, please note our opening hours .

If some of our stock is unavailable when you place your order we will send you the rest of the order when it is available. We do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

10. General

You acknowledge and agree that these Terms and Conditions, which include our Privacy Policy , constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between us concerning your use of or purchases on the Site, and supersede and govern all prior proposals, agreements, or other communications. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the changes on the Site.

11. Gift Certificates  

Gift Certificates are payable in full in advance and are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Gift Certificates are non-refundable however you may transfer/give the Gift Certificate to another person. This applies to all methods of payment including reservations confirmed via phone, internet and post.

12. Registration policies

All registrations are processed on-line and require a valid email address. If you do not have an email address, please call to register.

Your registration will be pending until payment is processed. Allow 2-5 business days for your registration to be processed (if paying by cheque, that is after cheque is received). 

Once registered, you will be sent confirmation by email or by post if you do not have an email address. 

A $20 fee will be charged for any bad cheque passed.

13. Cancellations 

Cancellations are accepted for full refund minus non-refundable portion, with written notice 30 days prior to start date.  No refunds are given when cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the commencement of the course. 

We reserve the right to postpone or cancel any course. If we cancel a course, you will have the option of transferring to another course, receiving a credit valid for 1 year or receiving a full refund.
